How does the program work?

Each week, a new online course unlocks for your shift lead. They work through it at their own pace — short, focused lessons built for busy schedules. Alongside the course, they complete a workbook connecting each lesson to real situations on their floor. You can join a group weekly session with Jason to stay ahead of what they’re learning.
It’s built for shift leads who are new to leadership or still finding their footing — and for the operators and GMs who put them there. If your shift lead is good at the job but struggles with managing peers, holding accountability, or communicating under pressure, this program was built for them.
How much time does it take each week?

The weekly online course is designed to take 10–15 minutes. The workbook adds another 10 minutes of reflection and application. The shift leads have weekly access to a 45 minute group office hours.
Can I enroll more than one shift lead?
