The Founding Operator Program is year one with me at the table: we take what’s already built and customize it to your restaurant.

A founding seat — year one

  • The Arrow Up app for your restaurants (1–5 locations) — training, photo-verified checklists, completion records. Runs on phones or provided tablets.
  • Your playbook, built with me. We start from Arrow Up’s ready-built training and checklists, then customize them to your standards, your menu, your rooms — loaded and running.
  • The Founders’ Table. A weekly working session with me and the other founding operators. Bring the problem. We work it.
  • The paper trail. Documented training, signed acknowledgments, time-stamped proof. On file when it counts — claims, audits, insurance renewals.
  • A founding voice. What this group needs next is what we build next.
Losing one employee costs $5,850.

Keep two this year and the seat has paid for itself.

More than 5 locations: $125/month for each additional one. Locations you open during the year are covered. After year one, you continue on standard app pricing at a locked founders’ rate — the system stays, fully built and running.
